“First time using Colin Appleyard (CA) for my service + MOT for my Suzuki Swift. Used the pick up + drop off service. The branch I dealt with was the Ashton-Under-Lyne branch. Extremely pleased with the entire service + process. The gentleman who picked up + dropped off was very friendly and helpful. The people I spoke to at CA were equally as polite and helpful. Service and MOT done promptly and was charged LESS than originally quoted. Will definitely be using their service next time. Highly recommend. Good honest service + advice received.”

“Previous review went through as three stars should have been five stars Ashton-Under-Lyne branch is great. Great on customer service, price and delivery, Excellent all round service from staff especially Dean Harrison who dealt with our purchase .”

“This was my first purchase of a Suzuki car and my first dealings with Colin Appleyard of Huddersfield. It is early days yet regarding the car, I only collected it on Saturday but all looking good so far. I found Karl to be very pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient and I would recommend him to anyone. I had limited contact with Steve and Ali but they were equally as helpful and friendly.”

“I bought a new car on the 2nd of March 2019 from Colin appleyard in Huddersfield. The service and explanation of how the process works was excellent. The car was ready on time for pick up and Steve was extremely professional and friendly.”

“I was impressed when I first made an enquiry about a new car, having read the information via the web site. I already knew about Colin Appleyard via a neighbour who works part time for yourselves. Myself and my wife were made most welcome by Matthew who guided us through the purchase process. We were both confident that should we have any queries, then they would be dealt with efficiently and promptly. It is quite obvious that there is an extremely good atmosphere within your organisation and there is, clearly, an emphasis on keeping the customer happy - in other words "putting the customer first".”

“I found them on the internet, while looking for a second hard car. I spoke with Karl on the telephone (as I live over 200 miles from the branch). He was so helpful, took a lot of time with me, explaining about the car, asking questions about mine that I was trading in. They even delivered it to me, to save me that long drive. I just wish I lived nearer so that I could have it serviced there.”

“Fantastic service once again from Matthew Butterfield at Suzuki, Keighley. Gives great advice, no heavy sales methods. The collection of the car was quick and simple. The car looked stunning and the hand over area is a great addition to the dealership-nice and dry, somewhere quiet to go through the workings of the car. I have been a customer now for around 7 years and can also highly recommend the service department, well organised, professional and cheerful! Well done to all the team at Keighley! Thanks Dawn”
