The attitude of staff was absolutely excellent, friendly and efficient. The service was carried out swiftly and fully explained. The car was handed back in a very clean state and parked well for me to drive away. As usual ten out of ten.

Always a complete pleasure to deal with Colin Appleyard, so friendly and helpful, go above and beyond and never rip me off. Service and MOT done in no time, picked up from/brought back to my house, all cleaned and valeted. Air con is a bit iffy but they didnt insist I needed to spend £600 getting it fixed instead advising it will probably be ok for a bit. I always trust these guys and when I eventually get a new car I won't go anywhere else. I would highly recommend them, especially to ladies like me who have no clue and could easily be taken advantage of.

Aways prompt & friendly staff who do actually take an interest in their customers. My recent visit was the first time since Covid became less of a problem but glad to see covid care still taken seriously & very happy my car was completely cleaned inside & out after fixing a small problem & MOT. Thank you it was lovely to see my car looking like new again.

Booked a service, Barry on the phone was lovely. Got a call from Kyle stating they are currently doing offers on cars. Came in spoke to him and ordered my new car which will hopefully be here soon. Kyle, Mark and Kyle's boss sorry forgot his name were all lovely. Very attentive. This will be my 4th car from ashton, 10th car in the family from ashton.

The team down on canal are brilliant. They greet you with smile and cheerful hello The service manager keptme up to date regarding how things were going. The mechanic sent me a video showing mewhat neededto be done and explained everything Well done guys

Car booked in for service & MOT. No problem sorting a courtesy car for the day. Car ready for time specified and video sent during the day showing examination under the vehicle and car tyre tread being measured. Really easy process.

Was all set to purchase a used Suzuki Vitara S but I unfortunately had to cancel. The staff were incredibly understanding and returned my deposit in a timely manner. A1 customer service. I will be returning when my situation improves.

Fantastic service as ever from all the staff, especially Ali and Christian who dealt with the purchase of the car we bought, a Mazda ZS 1.5. A very beautiful looking car, immaculate both inside and out. This is the third car we have bought from Colin Appleyards over the past few years and all have been outstanding! Would definitely buy again.
