“Very pleased with overall service but disappointed no car washing yet”

Hi Keith, Thanks for your review. It's great to hear how pleased you were with the service that you received from Jason and the team at our Bradford dealership. Apologies that on this occasion your vehicle wasn't washed. Due to the current Covid situation we are limiting the number of staff members who come into contact with vehicles and our focus is on sanitising before they are handed back. We will of course return to providing a service wash as soon as we are able. Thanks again for your feedback Keith and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.

“Staff friendly and the service was fine, I think the only disappointment was the advertised wash and vac with every service didn't happen...again. Why advertise it if you're not going to do it? The first time was pre COVID-19 as well.”

Hi John, Thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback and we're very pleased to hear that you received a friendly service from Angela and the team. We're sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the washing of vehicles and apologise that pre Covid this would have been a genuine oversight on our behalf, unfortunately now due to the current situation we are limiting the number of staff members who come into contact with vehicles and focusing on sanitising before they are handed back. This means we are not able to offer the full service wash facility as we would normally. We will of course return to providing a complimentary service wash as soon as we are able and hope that we will be in a position to do so on your next visit.

“So smooth from booking my service to collection. Very polite and helpful staff. I have been a customer for many years and I feel that my loyalty is valued. It is for that reason that I have purchased my last 3 cars from Colin Appleyard’s in Shipley. A special mention to Jason who has never failed to offer first class service.”

“Everything was great my first service since I bought the car, when I booked it in all proper Covid measures in Place, I knew the cost before I had the service, I got sent a video showing what had been checked as part of service which I’ve never had before and that was great ready for collection when I got there overall a fab Experience”

“The only issue was the valeting was poor of the rear seats other than that ok but i really dont think I'll be patronising suzuki when the vitara is ready for changing as this car is underpowered and ribbish in snow.”

“My Suzuki was collected by the dealership on Tuesday the 9-02-21 around 9 am and returned to me at home between 1-30 and 2pm the same day job done the young man who collected and returned it was first class and the service lady could not have been better so many thanks to everyone involved”
