“I’ve been a customer of Colin Appleyard (Ashton) since 2020 and picked up a new vehicle today. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They have all the answers to your questions and are professional but friendly. I have been dealing with Nick Hughes over the last few weeks and he has done everything to make the vehicle exchange a smooth and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely continue to use Colin Appleyard in the future.”

“Friendly reassuring welcome and explanation of what would be done to find problem. An hour later and problem fixed with an explanatory video of all that had been checked on my car. Brilliant. Felt confident about the service.”

“My car was collected from my home as arranged by a very pleasant employee. For its service and MOT I received a video showing me round the car explaing everything they had checked. I then received a call to say it was finished and was returned to me after being vacated. Good service from everyone.”

“Fabulous service, I dropped my car off the day before the service and MOT were due. The following day at 9.00am I got a video from Appleyards that they were looking at the car. They rang to say my car was ready for collection. It had even had a valet. Great service friendly staff . Highly recommended.”

“Just had a 54000 mile service . Very efficient and professionally done! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Was advised as soon as my car was ready. I’d say the work done was good value for the money! Will be back next time! Thank you!”

“I called in on Monday morning and chatted with Dominic about a car I had seen online. Dominic was able to arrange for the car to be brought to Keighley from another branch on Tuesday. All paperwork and documents completed quickly and my car was ready to pick up and drive away on Friday! Dominic kept me advised throughout and the whole process was stress free and totally professional. I bought my previous car from Keighley Colin Appleyard and the customer care is consistently excellent.”

“We were greeted by Chris he was extremely helpful no pushy sales pitch. Chris was brilliant he went through various cars that we did not even know Suzuki made it was great. Chris went through the purchase of the car what we might need again not pushing any purchase but we felt very happy that he explained everything and gave us information to take away. We purchased a lovely Suzuki s cross. On collection Chris went through everything again to make sure we were happy with the car and he came outside to take us through the car and its workings. We can honestly say we have never had such a lovely experience buying a car. We will definitely use Suzuki again the Manager was brilliant too. Stress free experience. 200% Lovely customer service. The car drives beautifully. Chris is such a lovely sales man you can tell he’s extremely experienced but it’s his own personality that shines through. Suzuki you are so lucky to have such a great employee. Have a great weekend Chris you’ve certainly made our weekend Oh we also took our the GAP and service plan so we don’t have to worry about car damage and maintaining the car. “May I give out a very generous 11 out of 10 for Outstandingly excellent service from the moment I decided to purchase a brand new car to the final flourish of the complimentary Colin Appleyard key ring trolley coin and the indulgently delicious box of chocolates, I was informed of every single step of my order... from advanced notification that the order may take a fair while to arrive ( ordered from Japan in February, built from scratch, then shipping, then landing at the docks& finally landing at the dealership ) then all the fabulous STRESS FREE fast efficient paperwork processing, with EVERY STEP explained clearly, which made buying my car an absolutely stress free breeze, and for future reference, I'll totally , as I have done numerous times in the past, be Purchasing from COLIN APPLE YARD CARS without Hesitation.... I can only offer Mr I . Ali& Mr Jon Broadbent the highest of praises for all their genuine kind attention to detail for everything throughout this whole process.
