“Great communication from them......kept me informed as to when my car will be ready for collection. Even though my car needed a couple of new tyres, I was still happy with the end cost.”

“We've been looking for a new car but were getting fed up of pushy salespeople. We looked online at colin Appleyard and had a look around the cars when it was closed at the weekend. We picked out 2 and contacted them for a viewing. Matthew was great. Never gave us the hard sell just told us what we wanted to know . He was very helpful. So we bought the one we liked. It took only a few days before we could collect. Very happy with our vitara. And service .”

“From my initial enquiry to delivery of our pre registered Vitara we were 100% satisfied . Matt was extremely knowledgeable on the Suzuki Vitara and able to help and answer any questions asked . The part ex was a Mazda 6 that he was able to value without seeing . We are from the bradford area but live in Scarborough .Matt was able to arrange free delivery to our home . We would also like to thank Eric the delivery driver for his part in making the delivery as safe as possible in these difficult times .Gloves and mask worn throughout.”

“Very good company to deal with indeed. We have now bought 3 cars from Colin Appleyard, and having experienced atrocious service from other companies, have no intention of going anywhere else. All staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They call you back when they say they will, and all work is undertaken when scheduled with no messing about. Just what you want. Service team have also been great to work with, fixing a defect free of charge and also providing me with a new parcel shelf free of charge, after I realised mine was damaged shortly after collecting the car. All in all, brilliant company and a great example of how it can be done.”

“Very happy with the service I got at Colin Appleyard Bradford. Matt went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and informed during this difficult time of Covid. “We first went to look at a car on Tuesday 9th March. We were invited to spend as much time as we needed sitting in the car and trying out the bits and pieces that we wanted to examine more closely. Matt, who dealt with us was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, not at all pushy and cocky like some car salesmen we have come upon at other times.. We chose our car, a Suzuki Swift and went to collect it the following Tuesday. The whole procedure was relaxed and comfortable, one of the best experiences we have had when buying a car. The icing on the cake was the unexpected bottle of wine that we received on completion of the transaction. On our experience, we would definitely recommend Colin Appleyard to anyone considering buying a new, or changing their car. Sue & Dave , Bradford.”
