“Easy to book , very friendly reception from staff. Kept informed and advised by Barry and when there was a slight risk of not finishing on time I was offered a courtesy car as a back up . Car was available for when I finished work that day - didn’t need a back up plan but nice to be asked !”

“Took my vehicle for the second year service. I was informed when it was due and given plenty of choices for time and date. Service completed on time and the vehicle was washed and vacuumed. Video also sent to my mobile indicating that the inspection was being carried out. Call to inform me that the service had been completed. Very professional.”

“Visited the Keighley branch to discuss PCP offers. Craig Ryde was amazing. Explained everything perfectly. I felt incredibly reassured by his knowledge and didn't feel pushed or forced to agree to anything which is why I went back to Craig after trying, Peugeot, Citreon, VW and Vauxhall. He impressed me the most. Booked a test drive and 2 days later picked up the car. Absolutely fantastic service. Highly recommend Craig. He's a credit to Nissan.”
