“I received defective high output bags in August. The first box I sent back and they sent me a replacement that was also ripped right at the seams and was the same lot number as the first defective box. then I had an issue with a third box and I asked them to not send me any more replacements and a couple days later I received a package with 4 box’s in it that I told them I didn’t what because they are defective and I don’t know why they sent 4. They refused to send a different style bag they said they can only keep replacing with the same thing, and the same thing is all defective. I’ve had to pay out of pocket to order different high output bags on amazon and the company refuses to make it right. They told me to donate the defective box’s to a hospital. Which says a lot about the company. This company has caused a lot of out of pocket expenses for me. This is on going since August.”
