“ They says 14 day return or 7 day returns but there is no returns processed by them. ”

“ Luckily I used PayPal for payment. That's they only way I had to get hold of them. They don't answer the phone. They don't allow for returns unless you pay for return. Never again. ”

“ Terrible company. Materials are cheap and the sizes are not correct. They do not allow returns on footwear that is not satisfactory, even if they are not worn. This is an overseas company which makes it difficult for me to report them to authorities in the US. I would not recommend them and hope you do not make the same error I made in ordering from them. ”

I have left messages as well. NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! Upon ordering the website said returns are easy within 30 days. That is a lie. Apparently they are untrustworthy. “ If this is the same as Comfy Shoes Canada, do not order from them. Nothing to do with Canada, they come from China! I ordered an 8-1/2 and they are even too small for my daughter who wears size 5. Returns have to be sent to California! Poor quality too, if they did fit. ”
