“I get a call from CompactCath every other month, or so. I like that they ask for my opinions, or just 'how am I doing'. It makes me feel like a valued customer. When I started using their products, I did make some suggestions, and the changes started showing up. That made me feel that I was participating in the development of the product, and that they really cared about my experience with the product. It is special to have this association with a provider.
