“Awful. The speakers I bought were advertised as having a two year warranty (I still have the box with the stickers saying two year warranty on). They have completely stopped working, and it has taken an extraordinary number of emails only for them to tell me that the product only comes with a one year warranty, and so they will not do anything about the poor quality item they sold me. I would not recommend buying from them, pay a little more and deal with a competent company who won't be so hard to deal with, and won't sell based on false information.”

“Had to say i was a skeptic, but my laptop came this morning, factory sealed and in mint condition. This company is TOPS, for their super speedy delivery and constant information updates. “Item came with European plug despite emphasising on the website that all items were from UK stock. It would appear that this actually means UK stock of European market products I would not use this company again”

Some product on our stock are internationaly localized as the one you have purchased therefore if not otherwise stated in tech specification they suppose to be supplied with EU to UK power adapter , if such an adapter was not included I can only apologies and assure you it was just a human mistake, we will send another one free of charge , please accept my apologies for the inconvenicence caused Best Regards Emil Compadvacne Ltd

“Excellent customer service, I purchased a Dell chromebook which had a minor problem and Emil was very helpful in getting it replaced quickly. I didn't have to pay for shipping the item back to them, either. I would highly recommend Compadvance.”
