“Purchased pc from them on Ebay. Description said it was touch screen. Once arrived set it up, but wasn't . Contacted them for a partial refund as I splashed out extra for the touch screen feature. They took time to get back and didn't really get anywhere. They said due to little Profit margin won't be able to give such.”

“Deleivered exactly as described. It was a little complicated purchasing the additional carepack, but got there in the end. Had a problem with the fan after a few months, but quickly fixed under warantee. Thanks. The carepack pick up and return repair service was excellent.”
