“I had never heard of this company until I found them via a Google search. The service was excellent and the product I purchased arrived via express delivery and in excellent condition. “Great company - would recommend to anyone Admittedly I hadn't heard of Compadvance before, so looked up reviews before ordering just to be sure. Went ahead and they've been absolutely brilliant. The laptop I bought (on a Black Friday deal) was by far the best value out all the other competitors (same model). Was brand new and manufacturer sealed as stated. Their dispatch time was good, especially for a time like Black Friday. Unfortunately (due to no fault of the seller) I had issues with courier taking nearly a whole working week to deliver my laptop - Compadvance were helpful answering my concerns and (Kyle) even contacted me afterwards to say he has seen it has been delivered and hopes that everything is okay.”

“In my case Comp Advance sent the wrong part number item to me. However it was a superior item to the one I purchased, so I decided to keep it. I needed a new invoice for the item to match what was actually sent. Comp Advance was quick to correct the problem and issue the correct invoice. Good service. The end result was that I have a far superior item for the same amount of cash.”

“Having some reservations about purchasing a factory re manufactured item with possible marks, I need not have been concerned. The computer arrived when promised, well packed as per a new shop item and was in perfect condition, and the tracking system cannot be faulted. It booted up immediately and having loaded it with my own programmes and used it for about a week I am very satisfied with the product, certainly at a price that was unmatched by any other company I could find. I also left a note on the order to phone me before dispatch and was contacted by a very helpful gentleman who confirmed that the computer was free from any marks or scratches, and so it turned out to be. If you want a quality item at a very fair price then Compadvance are the people I would recommend!”
