Hey, really sorry to hear you have had this issue. We know sometimes it is the printer needing a little TLC. Have you tried the steps set out on this article? https://www.tonergiant.co.uk/blog/2014/07/printer-not-recognising-compatible-cartridges/ This is a common problem that we find on some Canon and Epson printer. I don't believe you have contacted with the above information as of yet. We have a really good returns policy whereby we simply issue a full refund or send replacements without the need to send anything back to us. If the cartridge happens to break the printer then we would repair or replace it for you.
