So happy to have rec'd compensation for a cancelled (12hrs before departure) flight in the Summer! Do the claim! It is worth the slight wait-cheque will arrive:)

Tried to change a detail on claim form, but was unable to do so, tried to explain through email and text but to no avail, but happy with outcome

Working with Compensation Claims was pretty straightforward. The only criticism I would mention is that Claims did not let us know when the case was finished and did not give heads up that they will be mailing the checks.

Overall happy with the out come but the compensation amount was too less not even 50% of the ticket price and no compensation for the inconvenience
