You don't even deserve to give a star. They checked my loft and asked me to built water sprinkle system and smart temperature check system. I searched that I don't need to do it. Other engineer said that they are asking you because this company and water sprinkle company are making agreement to share the money.
Please, people open your eyes against those doggy companies.”

“BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and any builder who recommends them. I lodged a complaint with the regulator CICAIR and had a complaint successfully upheld. they were in cahoots with my builder and signed of non compliant work. Plenty of other reviewers here seem to have experienced similar problems so i'd urge anyone else who has also had problems to lodge complaints with their regulator cicair. the public needs to be protected from this unscrupulous and unprofessional company thier directors are

“We've done an extension, it's gone completely wrong. While the inspector from this building company said there is no problem with the work! Awful job, awful people.
*Note*, this company has a large amount of negative reviews on Trustpilot, and on their previous google reviews as well, which they have replaced with this new one. They are a bunch of cowboy surveyors as shown in their reviews, they work together with builders, they don't do their job properly and they don't bother because even when you sue them, the answer you get from the judge is "It was a visual inspection", so even if they fail to find a fault, they can easily get away from the law. For this reason they don't give a damn to do their job properly, because at the end they still get their paycheck regardless, and you can't do anything.”
