I was scammed for 295,52 EUR The support of the shop are clowns. They couldn't delivery package to me and it was returned to them but now they can't make refund. They said your bank under the sanctions. NO! I receive payments from the whole World and even from Germany. The clowns also said me you have to find new bank account or we can't help you. FIND NEW BANK ACCOUNT So I rate it as a regular SCAM.

I've been scammed. I've had two orders. The first one was shipped but returned back by shipping company and the second one they can't ship because an item out of stock. I asked about refund and they've been making it literally for 2 month and still ignoring me P.S. My orders was removed from order list

Do not use, avoid at all costs. Items promised in 2 days, it's been 20 and the order (2600003475) has not even been shipped yet. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. I am afraid that I lost my money. The delay itself has already cost money to my company.

I placed many orders from this seller in the past and never had an issue. In my latest order, the shipment was apparently lost in transit. I tried to contact them multiple times, only got one reply saying they would check, but nothing else. 3 months later, I'm still waiting for a reply and refund.

Hello everyone, it's time for me to write a review! I was hoping for an excellent reputation for this store and decided to order from them. What can I say about delivery? It is quite long, I had to wait almost a month, but I was warned about this and this is not the most important thing here. The most important thing is how the components were packed. It was folded into one huge box, empty spaces filled with simple cardboard sheets, which could not provide immobility and proper protection for the components. Because of this, my WD_BLACK SN770 SSD was bent. I also checked the other parts of my order which, thanks to the factory packaging, were not damaged, at least I hope so, because of the ssd I could not build my PC. What is happening now? I contacted the support service on the same day that I picked up the package and have been waiting for a response for a week, although during my order they answered the next day. Maybe the store is really busy and I hope you don't run into problems like I did, but for now I can't give it a big rating, because you expect a more customer-oriented service when you spend a few thousand euros.

My experience with computeruniverse was awful. They have wrong availability periods on site. It was said item is available, but here I am, waiting for it for a month to be in stock. They answer letters quite rarely, operators rude and misinformed about the order status. I would not recommend to use this shop to anyone.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Bought a PC case online that was supposedly "in stock and available immediately" but it wasn't, it took them 4 or 5 days just to ship. If they lied about this product they probably lie about others but the circus doesn't end here. When I received the case, guess what? These clowns sent me the wrong case, a crappy one that costs half of what I paid. Thankfully I had used PayPal to pay but apparently this level of incompetence still wasn't enough so when I returned the case and opened a PayPal case to get a refund they decided to claim that they had not received it even tho I used their own return label and provided all the proof showing that I did. Eventually I escalated the case to a claim, PayPal sided with me and issued the refund. It took one month to get my money back and they never even acknowledge that they had messed up or apologize for wasting my time. Absolutely awful experience, you've been warned.

This shop took my money and ignores me for 2weeks! Plus they delete all comments! No answer and customers supports at all! Don’t buy anything here. They don’t answe to your mails, they delete all bad comments, they change your shop status wherever they want. They only take your money. I send more then 20 mails and zero answer. Scam shop and worst shop ever. Dieser Laden hat mein Geld genommen und mich 2 Wochen lang ignoriert! Außerdem löschen sie alle Kommentare! Keine Antwort und Kundenunterstützung überhaupt! Hier nichts kaufen. Sie antworten nicht auf deine Mails, sie löschen alle schlechten Kommentare, sie ändern deinen Shop-Status, wo immer sie wollen. Sie nehmen nur dein Geld. Ich schicke mehr als 20 Mails und keine Antwort. Betrugsshop und der schlechteste Shop aller Zeiten.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bought a 3080 on 15th December. Was sent to the wrong country via DHL. After contacting them they told me they will investigate it. That as in December. It is now July and I have still not received any money back. I am down 1044 euro. They seem to of stopped writing back to me. They told me they had asked DHL to investigate and will get back to me but nothing has changed. They will be rude to you on the phone too if you call up and make you feel stupid for wanting your money back. Only thing I can do now is spread the word about how bad this company is. I just hope they will refund me at least, but I am not holding my breath

"NOT TRUSTED SELLER! Ordered and paid twice for different items and both times have been told that items are unavailable even though the were both available when I paid for them. Wasted a lot of time!"

I bought a power supply from the online store and it stated 3-5 day shipping. 2 and a half months later the item arrives. I requested reimbursement or partial reimbursement of the shipping costs and ComputerUniverse refused to do anything further about it. They may be a great company locally but if purchasing from overseas do not expect much support unless you are a native German speaker.

Terrible customer service. Paid for DHL, sent my item with regular mail, 3 months later I haven't received it and they are not answering my emails. Purchase from anywhere else even if a bit more expensive.

I've bought the receiver in your store. In discription it was "unpacked", but in reality in is really used and with scratches. I think that for this conditon price must be lower. I'm your new custumer and I'm not happy, that real conditon wasn't described. I've attached the pictures to this letter. Please, give me your opinion on this situation. I wrote the massage 2 weeks ago to the custumer servise. Was totaly ignored. Not reccomended store! Alexander

This is the worst online shopping I have ever had. I received a computer case without any accessories such as PCI-E riser, manual, screws and etc. I tried to communicate with support via email, but. without any success. After a few days of waiting, I started to call to support. I was asked to send an email with a list of missed parts(it was sent). After two weeks of callings, they asked me to fill the statutory declaration and I did it. For now(12.03.2020), nothing had been changing. I have been calling them(endless waiting loop) every week and have been continuing to receive the same answer: we need a few more days to solve your problem. More than a month passed after my first email and my computer case is just a brick and I can't use it. it looks like they are just pulling time and do nothing. Few hours after this review had posted I received an email fro CU with offer refunding. I accept it but, for now (23.03.2020) I have received no money. customer #4156514:

Worst customers service in the whole universe. This guys stole or did not put 1 item from my parcel and don't even answer to my emails or through the contact form on their web site. I've ordered 2 packs of memory from them and they put only one. Such service is unacceptable.
