“Very impressed with your company. I was let down by another company twice. You arranged for an engineer to visit same day. Wayne was great, charming, professional and sorted out my problem quickly and efficiently. He even hung up my new shade for me, which was kind. He deserves 5 stars! Many thanks Wayne.”

“Attendance was prompt, engineer was polite, explained issue and updated me as he was tracing the fault. Engineer used boot covers when in my property and toke them of every time he went out to the van, you don’t see there very often. Highly recommend theirs company and the engineer wayne who attended. Already booked in for electrical test .”

“Con-fuses attended a couple of out site to carry out PAT testing, engineer was very professional, worked around us as the sites was supported living so extra care and patients was required. Will definitely be using again.”

“I called this company after being let down by another company twice, I called Con-fused at 11.00 and they said they would attend between 12-17.00 that day. The engineer called me 1hour before he attended, attended at 14.00. Completed the job and even cleaned up and removed the old light fitting and packaging from the new fitting I supplied. Highly recommend this company and the engineer was very polite.”
