“One of the two bottles was damaged on delivery. The bottle had cracked at the top and some of the product had leaked out. The packaging was soggy when it arrived and I was disappointed at the amount of shampoo that I had lost.”

“Different size bottles arrived and this can be a problem as you are limited to 100ml sizes on airplanes but everything else went fine.”
