“Wasn't allowed in the shop as I am mask exempt and wasn't wearing a mask. Discriminating against someone who has a hidden illness is unlawful. Maybe if I was in a wheelchair and wearing a lanyard I would have got a different response. But it's not acceptable to discriminate against anyone. If you want to abide the law then you need to abide by all the laws. Discriminating against a person with a disability is punishable by a fine of up to £9000. I am in talks with my solicitor.”

“I recommended Connelly Home Centre to a friend as they were helpful when I visited. My friend bought an ex-display shower from them and he was told he could return it if it wasn't the right type. It turned out he did need a different type so he returned it, still in the box. However, he was refused a refund. Needless to say neither of us will be using Connelly again. Very disappointed.”

“We all had bathrooms fitted off Connellys which started December I’m still waiting for the painting to be done holes to be filled and not heard a thing off them what a sham”
