“I think they deserve a 0 but that option. Is not there.
I purchased a washer dryer set there and its unarguably a "LEMON".
They don't want to replace the thing.
I havent had the ability to wash in a normal way for over a year. The warranty is about to run out and they are trying to wait until it does. Guess what. I have been told by many employees that the CEO is unreachable. They say they have no number for him. And they are also telling me there is no one they can reach who has the authority to approve a replacement. They simply say they dont have their phone numbers.
Have you ever known of a organization whose executives are unreachable.
Other people who have the power, like board members, managers, and such, are also absent and there seems to be no one guiding the ship.
Could "Conn's" be the business directive as well as the company name?
I'm willing to bet, if they couldn't do laundry they would not be happy.
Additionally with the corona virus running rampant, and health officials saying maintain good hygiene, because of this problem, I cannot.
I'm a senior citizen who is also disabled.
I need to wash laundry that has piled up because of their failure to replace a piece of junk washer.
They replaced the motor, yes, the motor, last week. The thing broke down again 2 days later. Junk? No junk? Of course it's a piece of junk, and the unfair business practices are horrible, and in my case could be deadly.
Go some other place for your appliances. As you see, their customer support is
non-existent.
They are literally, and willingly, endangering my life.”
