“The quality of the labels I’ve purchased here have always been perfect until the last batch. The entire batch of labels I ordered this last time had visible ghosting on every label. Worse I contacted one of your team members, Rose Wojtasabout the mistake. She wanted to know what happened so the team wouldn’t make the same the mistake again. I asked for a discount on my next order because of the mistake. All she could offer was the old price of $0.37 per label. Apparently your prices have risen. This doesn’t meet my need as a long time customer. Learning how to print better on my dollar isn’t okay. I want to keep doing business with Consolidated Label but not it you can’t acknowledge the mistakes you make. Also I did an instant quote on your website this am and it quoted a price well below the new price you will be charging. I don’t know why you want to go out of your way and up charge me the price increase when you made a substandard label. Even a penny or two discount on the old price of $0.37 per label would be appreciated. Again, thank you for all the great customer service over the years. Especially by Amy Hastings. The representative went above and beyond and gave me great advice on which label options I should go for. If it wasn’t for her expertise, I wouldn’t have been able to get to the results I got to in the project that I was working on. “FANTASTIC! As a freelance graphic designer who usually uses online printers for my projects, I couldn't find anyone to do labels with the metallic finishes I needed for a client. Lucky, I found Consolidated Label. My order quantity was fairly small, but Amy did a great job saving us a lot of money by combining SKUs and working with us on sizes. The pre-press dept really knows their stuff as we were working with very tiny fonts (in foil!), and they still came out very readable. Colors were all spot on. Overall, very impressed with Consolidated and I highly recommend them, it's worth the extra couple days to have professionals do it right...and they save you money as a bonus!”

“Re-labeling our products was a long endeavor. Right from the start, Consolidated Label sent the best variety of samples for testing. Our designer sent over the files without the proper die lines and specs. The art department and Rose painstakingly held our hands and even made templates so we could submit the proper files. It was a lot of back and forth over a couple months. We weren't charged an additional fee, and the utmost patience and graciousness was afforded us again and again. The labels were printed in just ten days. They work famously with the the machine we also purchased. Five golden stars! We'll be back for more!”
