“The quality of the sample labels is great and I think the dashboard will be relatively easy to use once figuring it out, but the initial sign up and instructions have been a little vague when it comes to specifics on how order, format and upload labels and getting samples. My rep has been wonderful and helpful when I ask question via email or phone call. It took a long time for my two sample labels to get processed and shipped (around a month) and it is very a expensive ($80 for those two) if you have multiple label sizes or variations you want samples of. I have about 12 different color variations which would cost me around $600 in samples if I wanted to see every color, and more if I needed to have something changed on a label. I do think their prices for actual labels are reasonable and I like that you can bulk order the same size label and just add variations in different quantities for $10 each. Overall, I will be placing a big order from here due to their color matching, which I hope stays consistent, as I have not had consistency with my label colors through Online Labels in the past.”

“CL is always responsive to our need to occasionaly expedite an order. There are mistakes made but not very often. We have had the wrong plate used a few times but no mfg. company is perfect.”

“Delighted with the label quality. I had to reject the proof a couple of times. Attention to these details can be improved. Response times are not immediate and tend to lag to the following day. Will order again.”

“Actually... 4.5 stars is my rating, proofing process and production was great (hats off to Chris!), label quality was excellent, the packagining could have been handled better is the 1/2 Star delete; one fairly heavy box took a mild beating in ground shipping because of weight and some of the 100 ct. banded labels had beat up corners, yet a 2nd carton was just 2/3 filled, so probably should have balanced out the 2? >> Overall, will definately use CLC again.”

“Great customer service for when everything goes well and even when things go wrong with a shipment. Even though not directly in their hands to control, they quickly resolved the issue since the carrier lost a couple of cases of our product. Good product, good prices, good service. “This being my second time working with Consolidated Labels, each time has been a great experience. I am not very experienced in label designs, creation, or printing but they worked with me and helped educated me. I have gotten nothing but glowing reviews of my label which helps present a very elegant and professional design for my product to my customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for label production.”
