“Overall excellent service Paula and Natasha were amazing undstanding passionate and deserve a pay rise!!! “I can totally recommend this company if you are in a troubled stressful position with your finances. I had Natasha help me through my process of an IVA. I was scared to make that first call as I didn't want to be made to feel stupid or incompetent. But I'm glad to say at no point in the process did I feel anything but comfortable and confident that I was being supported and helped by a genuinely caring lady. Thank you so much for all your help. “I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am for your service to someone who was in an incredibly desperate, stressed, sad financial situation. Phoning Consumer Money Worries Ltd and talking with Natasha has been amazing. Amazing because from the outset Natasha supported and helped me mentally to be able to go forward with solving my problems, the explanations were first class and a decision was made by myself to apply for a voluntary agreement. I am a proud person and feel that the overall information given in order that I can make a decision to reimburse creditors over a period of time lifted a massive burden. I was seriously so low that unthinkable options were beginning to cross my mind. Consumer Money Worries Ltd took all the pressure off me from the start and got the ball rolling with Debt Focus. “I enquired to know more about this service at 11:30pm, and was called the following morning at 8:30pm! After a few amazing phone calls with Paula and Natasha (lovely women), within a few hours a realistic solution was in full swing. I am overwhelmed with the overall help, urgency, compassion which my situation was dealt upon. I cannot recommend Consumer Money Worries Ltd enough! And would happily suggest anyone suffering the same situation to contact them, as you will not be disappointed. Ive had years of built up Pressure, Frustration & Worry and genuinely after a few hours on the phone, I've never felt so confident and assured in myself!.. “As with many people with overwhelming debt, I was stressed and constantly worrying about how to make ends meet. After filling in an online form, Natasha contacted me literally within minutes, and once I had filled her in on the details, instantly reassured me that she could help. Even though quite late in the evening, she took the time and personal interest to make sure she had all the details she needed to get the ball rolling immediately. Within days, the whole process was underway and Natasha took care of everything. Communication was great, she kept me updated with all the information, and whenever I had questions or worries, I only needed to ask and Natasha took the time to talk me through it. Yesterday the whole thing was resolved and I can now stop worrying! I couldn't ask for a better service with ongoing support and highly recommend Natasha and everyone at consumer money worries if you are in the same position I was!”
