“OUTSTANDING customer service from Harry King at Continal. Noticed a leaking mixing valve at 2pm yesterday. Found Continal’s number and spoke to Harry. Sent him a photo of the leaking valve and he confirmed they could supply a replacement and have it with me within 24 hours. Placed the order and it was delivered within the 24 hour period in spite of Continal being the other side of the country from me in north Norfolk! The heating engineers are here now fitting the new valve and I have recommended that they use Continal, who really are the best! Many thanks Harry. Mel Stevens”

“I had to order some replacement parts, but was unsure what was needed. by sending some pictures Stuart Snow on the technical team was really helpful making sure I received exactly what I needed for my customers heating system repair.”

“I've dealt with Stuart at Continal for several years now and we have installed many systems. Nothing is too much trouble and the service from quotation right through to delivery of product is first class. I've dipped my toe elsewhere and regretted it each time. I won't be making that mistake again. Continal offer top drawer products and a service to match.”
