“The pack is nothing different than the other companies selling the same products. I bought from contingency to have the dr access, but when I wanted to use it, it wasn't helpful at all. The dr deemed my need wasnt' an emergency so instead of recommending what I needed to take for the flue I contracted, they told me to go to a care center. The whole purpose was since I didn't have a permanent dr, I wanted advice. But didn't get it. Disapointed in the service. Aparently I'm going to have to figure it out on my own if I ever need to use the meds again.”

“I love that we are now able to purchase antibotics for emergencies and for extended travel. Service was quick and professional. I did have trouble with the website on my order, but eventually was able to place the order. When my husband tried to place his order he also found it a challenge. We just decided not to place an order for him.”

“Excellent products, with an extremely straightforward ordering process. The video message from the physician after my initial order was very informative and reassuring that he was available, if needed. I have already purchased the Ultimate Pack after purchasing two Ready Pack Plus kits for two different locations. They were very accommodating during my initial order, to more of a side-effect from a specfic drug, by doubling the dose of a different drug, and not including the drug that caused the side-effect after taking the drug several years ago. After purchasing the Ultimate Pack, I received an email confirmation and one requesting feedback. I believe the great thing about purchasing the kit now for later shipment was beneficial. I had suggested the addition of an item and received a thank you email for the feedback along with a message that my request had been forwarded to the Chief Medical Officer for consideration. Maybe there were other like-minded customers, but I noticed that the suggestion I had made did not fall upon deaf ears, and the product was added to the Ultimate Pack. To me, that type of customer service speaks volumes to the organizations reputation!! I'm anxiously awaiting the forthcoming customer membership, which was also mentioned in an email update. Overall, I have found Contingency Medical very responsive and helpful with all of my questions and suggestions. They are very quick to reply to my questions and concerns. The fact that I know the physician is a video link away, for questions and guidance, is very reassuring. I would highly recommend Contingency Medical without any reservations!!”

Hey Jennifer, thanks for taking the time to submit a review! I'm sorry the delivery time didn't meet your expectations, but am glad to hear that you like the pack. I looked into the order and saw that you ordered on a Saturday, 3/2, and it was delivered 6 business days later on Monday, 3/11, per USPS. We aim for 3-5 business days, so this was outside our normal delivery window. My apologies on the delay - we'll work to improve that!

“The entire process with Contingency Medical was smooth and efficient. As a Canadian customer, there were extra hoops to jump through versus our American neighbours, however, it was easy and the staff was very helpful and professional. All the medicines were proper and delivered intact. I will definitely be using Contingency Medical's services again and recommend it to others as well.”

“Since purchasing my Go Pack from Contingency Medical, I have peace of mind in knowing I have access to physician care to assist with explanation or further instructions. The medications and description for usage are thorough and have provided me with care when needed. I have personally had immediate access throughout the year to treat several different infections and conditions this year! I would highly recommend Contingency Medical for all forms of travel, home health care, and outdoor activities when away from home. The solutions provide a great alternative to emergency room visits or trying to receive care as soon as possible. I have many solutions at my fingertip which relieves unnecessary anxiety.
