“Web site is soo easy to use, found the Bunny we wanted and popped it in the basket. Checkout was simple, postage was £3.00 but our Yummy Bunny arrived safe and sound, tucked into a nice little box. I guess we paid just about what it cost to post, which is fair. We also received 80 Cool points which are worth 80p towards our next Bunny. It goes without saying that Yummy Bunny was Lush. Altogether a great experience.”

“Despite my orders prompt despatch, the card did not turn up as a result of the postal strikes. As soon as I made Cool! Cards & Gifts aware of this, they instantly refunded me. Fabulous customer service & I would definitely use this company again.”
