“ordered epilator on 27th dec at 11pm, the first delivery attempt was 28th january and I was not in, they used Hermes and it went straight back. They are based in Denmark and it took 30 days from ordering very poor service. I complained to Hermes also this is what they said:

I have checked the tracking and can see only one delivery attempt by the courier as you have mentioned. It seems our depot had marked the item as having three delivery attempts incorrectly. and they have sent the parcel back to the retailer. this has now returned At this point i would advise you to contact the retailer and they would be able to send a new item or refund to you.

“Ordered a bluetooth speaker, was faulty on receipt. I asked for my money back was told I would have to wait at least 3 weeks as the parcel has to go to Denmark. They sent me a postal label to return it to a distribution point in Slough. Proof of posting confirmed delivery, yet they still wont give me my money back. Not once have I had an apology for the faulty goods. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY.”
