“Utter rubbish company. I phoned them to get a new multi-classic car insurance policy. Had a lenghty chat with 'NICK' and gave him all my details. He promised to get back to me the next day with a quote. Then nothing. A week later, no contact. Utterly useless company.”
“Everything was great, I sold the car and wanted to cancel my insurance, canceled very quickly but after a minute I got an email saying I would not get a refund but I have to pay extra £ 427 because I was making a claim (never made any claims, a month earlier I called what should I do if someone wanted to scam me when buying a car and fill oil into the coolant tank and that's it, the man from the service explained to me and asked me if I wanted to make a claim, I said no). I tried to explain it over the phone and find out what was going on, 2 hours they switched me to the phone from person to person and we still don't know anything. I have to wait, maybe someone will send me something, maybe not - terrible service, I will not buy a policy there anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone.”
“Disgusting customer service experience. Don't recommend them especially if you change vehicle mid term. They cancel your policy then you receive letter 8 days after.”
