“ A great scam, first of all in the beginning i couldn't believe the prices people pay for scrap cars because these cars are by no mean worth more than a few hundred pounds or Copart should offer a great compensation or pay to customers to buy these money pits but instead i've seen cars not worth even 100 pounds selling for 1500 and i could've not understand what's the point, until the third week! Same cars were repeteadly been listed on the upcoming auctions and i've realised that no one's actually buying those cars but instead Copart most probably has an AI bidder activated so it will outbid every single reasonable bid and if it doesn't sell they'll relisted on next aucton! Also i bought a car from Copart "Used-Unrecorded" with only 2 previous owners "Runs and drives" which i've overpayed than my bid was refused the owner was asking for +300 which i didn't payed because it was a customer car not insurance and with all the additional fees the price almost doubled, and for a cherry on the top when car arrived there was an grinding noise coming from the car when in gear so my first test drive easily turned into a breakdown because the gearbox broke, i've complained but as long as they've got their fees already payed they do not care and what's more the reply was "the car was driving as it was described in the listing" doesn't matter that the massive mechanical damage wasn't declared in the listing! My final conclusion to all planning to buy car from Copart AVOID IT unless you are a mechanic because for reasonable prices you could get a decent car from marketplace or auto trader but definitely not from Copart! ”
