“I am in the process of undertaking a PfCO to GVC Conversion Course and had some fairly unique questions about document submission. The person I asked didn't know the answers and it was referred to Katie Rhodes who responded very quickly thereafter. A subsequent question on the back of the initial one was alos answered very quickly. Great response from Coptrz.”

“Course content good, video presentations not the best! The presenter is constantly looking at notes and make lots of errors throughout the videos. Video production needs to be revisited, personally. This doesn’t look professional at all, sorry.”
