“2 years ago we started the online course. I struggled watching the videos as its hard to read the background presentation. Also the first one is an hour long, plus videos with a scripts that seems to be straight out of a manuel. Is it possible that the subjects being taught should be at the front of the screen, and you could take the presenter out all together. Module 10 video is better, but the first 3 mins 45 seconds are a blank video with nothing happening. This part needs to be cut out. We were lucky to attend a 3 day course last with with Luke G. He explained everything in a simple clear message that everyone understood. If you could have someone like Luke explaining the subjects on your videos, it would make studying a lot easier. Thank you to Luke and the Team for getting us through the General VLOS certificate.”

“Did the PfCO to GVC conversion course. Great refersher. Definitely recommend it. There was a small delay in issuing the certificate to me, but after a bit of investigation this was resolved.”

“Good introduction to the Elios 3 from Freddie. Would be better if the big screen worked rather than having to huddle round a laptop.”

“Commercial UA Surveying Course (Remote Learning): Superb depth in this course, delving into surveying in theory and then interlinked to practical application for UA data capture. The author of the course is a qualified surveyor and did not skip straight into UA applications and simply 'pressing buttons' but the detailed theory required to understand how the world of pure surveying (using ground stations) relates to data captured by UAs. Highly recommended!”

“Provided an excellent demo of the Emesent Hovermap and drone. Provided a reasonable quote and where flexible with setting up a long term payment structure. In order to help us get the product up and running as soon as possible, Coptrz arranged training on site very close to the holiday season. This was much appreciated.”

“The content is great and very informative but it was a real faff to register for free - was it deliberately hidden? I had to register in 2 separate systems and I almost closed my browser to look for anothe training provider. However, I'm glad I stuck with it as awkward as it is because it explains things in a very clear and engaging way. I will take the exam once I have studied all of your material.”

“the coptrz team are great, i was new to all things drones when i went on the gvc course. George was great at delivering the content in a way that was easy to understand. When i started to read the info i was a little overwhelmed at the volume of things i need to learn. however within a couple of hours i was put at ease and it all became clear. Coptrz have a great attuide and style to how they operate and it works. Everyone i spoke to was friendly and passionate about the company and about my goals and were all helpful with the next steps and infomation i would find helpful. thanks Coptrz i will be back soon”

“I enjoyed your GVC in classroom training I passed my test GVC theory but failed the practical due to, I didn't had experience actually flying my drone less then 2 hour in total, it was a 3 day course, but we never had training flying, We finished daily earlier than expected but never practice flying. I would recement adding this, as its very important so everyone can pass the GVC exam.”

Flight coaching is unfortunately not part of the GVC course but we do offer separate flight coaching should anyone attending want to purchase this. We do recommend that you have completed at least 4 hours of flight practice before taking the flight test element.
