“These people use the website Corachic.com but trade as Innovation Team Ltd. I bought something from Corachic.com on January 6 but after almost seven weeks it was not delivered. The tracking information on their website was not up to date. Their support staff said they had checked and the item had been delivered. I used an independent tracking app and discovered that the item was in fact delivered to the wrong address, 200 kilometres from me. The support staff weren’t prepared to check this out, saying the item had been delivered. I said I was going to lodge a dispute with PayPal - they said they would give me a refund. I replied that I really wanted them to resend the item express post. They ignored this request and said they were going to give me a refund, but it would take up to 10 days to process??? I can understand deliveries from China taking weeks, but why should a refund take 10 days? Naively, I patiently waited and 11 days passed and still no refund. I immediately opened a dispute with PayPay. Corachic.com emailed me and said they could not give me a refund until the dispute was closed. I replied I would not be closing the dispute until the refund was paid. The next day the refund came through. This was on March 5. So, the item was ordered on January 6 and I received my money returned to me on March 5. They held my money for two months. Based on my experience, and the response from Corachic.com, I have no doubt that had I not lodged a dispute with PayPal that I would not have received a refund. I have screenshots and emails of all my dealings with Corachich.com (Innovation Team Ltd)”
