“The website is poor and glitch on most browsers although the Mobile app is a lot better except logs you out often.The connect card is great although the promotions are very confusing and the staff don't know what is going on some of the time.I have been doing the summertime promotion where you bet £10 in shop with connect card and get £5 online and £5 in shop free bets.I have had the online but not the shop free bets.Also my online account is limited yet I can put as much on as possible in shop.Weird”
