“Do not state that address verification is required upon creating an account. Deposited money, staked my money and the £20 welcome bet, the next day was emailed saying that I could not withdraw any winnings until they have been emailed proof of who I am/where I live. I have a paperless bank account, no driving license and no utility bills in my name. More than happy to take the money but you have to jump through hoops to withdraw, which they do not clearly state that they need.
Voiced my concern with customer services and got automated responses.
Also the layout of the website and app has a lot to be desired, very cluttered and awkward to navigate.
