“I regret using this company for so many reasons.. they keep asking for more money even after I paid for a package with lifetime hosting and unlimited edits . Now they want $500 for some updates that are “ affecting business and user experience of site”. Of course they never sent me the receipt for my package as I requested . Also I have gone through so many project managers I can’t keep track. I have been told they were in a serious accident , left the country, had family obligations , etc . P. s the positive reviews are fake”

“Similar to other recent reviewers, this experience has felt like a scam to us. Upfront pricing was said to be 'all inclusive of what we need' based on the design discussion. We were then asked multiple times for additional services, for additional fees, that they make it sound like are necessary like website hosting. We are nearing the 9 month mark for our 2-month website design proposal without a website in place. Would never recommend this company to anyone”

“If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. The company represents itself as being based in New York. However, not one single person in the company speaks English and no one is ever available before 4:00 pm EST, which leads me to believe they are in fact NOT a US based company. Save your time and money and find a different web designer, as this is an absolute scam. I retained them in December 2022 to create my legal website and 8 months later and it is still not complete. I provided stock photos and all of the web content to the developers when I first contracted for their services. Unfortunately, since English is not their native tongue, they unilaterally revised the content leaving letters off of words and misplaced content from one section and inappropriately placed it into other sections. I have lost an enormous amount of time spending upwards of 20+ hours on zoom calls with the development team and have lost an enormous amount of business as a result of the continued delays and weekly representations that my website would be fully developed by the end of each week, still with no finality in site. Save yourself time, money and a huge headache and find yourself a different website designer!!!!”

“Did hire this company to build a website for my company. They ask for up front money to start, after they got it then there was another reason to get more money from me. Then after that I needed to pay more if I wanted the website to be finished!?! Now I got frustrated and said in a text that I don’t want to pay anything else till I have a finished product. Now they will not take my calls. Won’t pick up!! Horrible service. I still have not got a refund or a supervisor to speak with. Horrible!!!”

“ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! When i first spoke with Ryan he promised me the world. I told him my lead time was jan 1st... we spoke in the middle of DEC. he said give me a week. I specifically said i'm doing this deal based on my finish time because i need to start advertising. I took his word. In the middle of days going by with nothing getting done i mention to Kevin i may be interested in using there google ads consultation. Like a shark smelling blood in the water they call me relentless to discus their packages ..why ?? ... more money !! When almost nothing is done ! We are 2.5 weeks later he will NOT get on the phone with me neither will Kevin who took 7 FULL days to put 10 photos "Almost" correctly on my website. Sean is a good guy how ever after 2.5 weeks of fighting to do a simple small business website todays the day i am supposed to go live ! HA ... photos are still incorrect and i am told they are still using my Wix account from my previous account which i am ok with BUT Ryan bashed wix for 10 min and said they use another cost free website .. OWNER MIKE... please return my call and run an honest business!! As is stands now people RUN don't walk from these people”
