“My daughter and her friend (12 year olds) were over charged for their lunch after the restaurant was advised (booked)that they should be charged a reduced rate due to their age, height.
They charged the full rate for an adult.

“Was disgusted by the female cashier's attitude when I went to leave the premises. I had paid my bill and she thought I hadn't. Shouting "Come back - what table number are you" in front of everyone was so rude as I scrambled to find my receipt. I wouldn't have minded so much if the bill hadn't been over £100..plus it was her that had dealt with me when I paid. My fortnightly trip from Falkirk to Glasgow will be no more. This visit was 5pm on 2 September 2022”
“Went to cosmos silverburn for partners birthday with great expectations as hadn't been since before lockdown ,, should have stayed at home. Food was either cold or over cooked and dry. Mentioned to the waitress about problem and was told manager would come see us ,from Asian buffet including spring rolls,prawns,chips and a load of other things all cold.from the pizza bar, top of pizza looked ok bottom was cold and like cardboard. Manager came to table and informed us that the food was at the correct temperature.aye ok mate,returned a plate of pizza and a plate of prawns.been to loads of restaurants over the years and i have to say this was the worst ever.only gave it one star because they don't have an option to give none.we used to love the place and as of today's experience we will never be back.”
“No ,no , didn't like this place awful, booked two hours in advance, waited outside in a big queue, got inside , staff lost the booking were escorted to a waiting area , everyone else passed us , eventually found the staff member who booked us , pay up front before you see the food , went to servery, dirty wet plates and dirty cutlery , food was cold ,and stale , no thanks never again, £45 .00 bad plan , body swerve this joint , seriously ,”
“First visit to this restaurant, table was booked for 1430on Saturday 12 March waited for over 15 minutes then had to ask for update on when we would be shown to a table. We were finally seated at 1500. Our dining experience did not get any better .
We requested Strawberry Daiquiri cocktails to be told this was not available.
Having to pay up front before you eat is nonsense also. Restaurant very badly managed with staff looking disorganised and needing some true leadership.
Tables dirty,used dinner plates remaining with nobody clearing them .
Food choices minimal with many options requiring to be replenished.
here are some examples of what was not available -No pancake wraps ,sweet and sour chicken had no chicken, carvery was sausages, bacon, potato scones and mash potatoes.this is not a carvery.

Very few small cakes available and Eaton Mess was only cream with no meringue or fruit.
When I asked for all of the above to be replenished I was advised there was no more available.
At 1605 we were asked to leave the table as they were getting ready for evening guests. I provided my feedback on all issues highlighted to be told we can’t keep an eye on everything. I am sorry I am paying £15 a head for buffet food and I expect to have every choice available and for the management of restaurant to ensure it is fully stocked with all food options advertised all cocktails on menu available and a clean table to eat food without being asked to leave within an hour. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant and will definitely not return”
“Went to Cosmo for a birthday lunch and the food was absolutely disgusting. Honestly not one thing myself or husband picked was edible. I also ran into a friend and her mum and they said the same they hardly ate anything. Curry was stone cold and managers words were oh it’s at the temp it should be at......not very reassuring when it was cold. The nan bread was brick hard. The Chinese curry sauce was watery and tasteless. The pizza was hard as if it had been lying for hours and the pasta was pure stodge. Will not be back.”
