After many hours of trying to contact them via their contact nos-not actually speaking to a person!!!! I did manage to speak to a person who seemed disinterested and said that I’d receive a refund within 10 days.

Terrible customer service. Never pick up their phone. Tried five times for 30 minutes each time. Arrived at our holiday in Wharfedale Lodge Thornton Clsveleys. One bedroom infested with bed bugs. No refund as yet of the refund we need for the £695 wasted. Did not stay one night. No holiday.
