“If I could give a zero star rating I would. I purchased this waistcoat, it was nice enough but didn’t fit. I paid for the delivery and I paid to return it. They still deducted £6.45 from my refund (the original postage and apparently £3 to return the item) although I had already paid to return the item. They are refusing to refund me, which contravenes the online selling regulations. I have reported them to trading standards and I am fighting through PayPal for my money back. Avoid at all costs. I’m not the only person to experience this awful behaviour looking at the reviews.”
“I RECENTLY BOUGHT A COAT FROM YOU AND YOUR FITTINGS ARE SO SMALL IT IS A BARBOUR COAT I AM GONIG TO RETURN IT TODAY AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COAT TO MY FRIENDS I EXPECTED FOR THIS PRICE.”
