“Took my bike there with a chain that frequently came off and left it there over night. Picked it up the next day, and it was worse than what it was when I cycled it around the car park. I told the person in the shop but insisted it was fine. He cycled it and I knew it wasn't right, but still he insisted it was fine. I took the bike out for a ride afterwards, and it's a very poor repair. Gears skipping, chain jumping, chain coming off, awful. Before, there were no problems with the gears.”
“Excellent service and attention. I had a puncture in an electric trike which I couldn’t get anyone to repair due to the puncture being on the wheel with the electric drive and throttle connection.
