“DO NOT ORDER THEIR LUCKY DIP!
The company is implementing false advertising and is conning customers!
Of note their lucky dip states "Brands to be selected will be either : ADIDAS/Cutter & Buck/Ping/Greg Norman/Puma/Calvin Klein/Callaway/Nike Hackett/Nike/Under Armour/Glenmuir/Sunderland/Mizuno/Ashworth/Tommy Hilfiger"
I ordered 6 lucky dip shirts as a result and they sent 6 extremely cheap shirts from "Farah" and "Grandslam" of note these shirts are only £8.33 to buy and the lucky dip is £9.99 - This is underhanded sales tactics, they are lying to customers and this is blatant false advertising to make profit.
Complaint made - sort this out please!”
“Due to the covid situation, i was not able to return the items i purchased in time, and their customer refused for the return due to the return period was passed. It is quite a big amount of money. Very very disappointed. It's the first time i used them and I dont think i would recommend them to anyone else. Also i believe this is a very small company, as their general manager deals with the customer service phone calls directly.”
