“The course has helped me understand what causes my anger. I am able to navigate the course with ease and highly suggest taking this even if it's not court mandated. That is what I did, but I learned a lot through the time I spent on the course.”

“I had to do this, court order unjustly, of course arn't they all. Of couse I was resentful however, this turned out to be a positive, I learened a lot and enjoyed it. I had one concern. I reached out to customer service they resolved quickly and life is good again. This was not to difficult and not hard to manage. If I ever had to do this again , I would not shop around again, I would come right back here”

“I can see how this can help people. It did feel as if this could be used for anyone with an addiction. I am not sure if anger and addiciton fall in the same boat. There is a lot of matiral that can help and suport someone in need.”

“This was a very informative course. I gave 5 stars for that reason.. However there are questions in section 7 that require you to choose the "wrong" answer in order for the answer to be "correct". Im not sure if this was a mistake, or done intentionally to test our new anger management skills.. haha”

“The most valuable concept I took away, was the importance of understanding of how your brain processes and responses in different situations. It helped me understand and recongize how it forms and overcomes from different perceptive. I would highly recommend this course for anyone seeking help or just wanting to improve more effective conversation. It would also be helpful for a person to assist with someone needing help with this issue.”
