“As a Learning and Development career professional for over 20 years, I had some struggles with the course. I approached this course thoughtfully and did not rush through it, but even with deliberately taking my time, it was difficult to meet the stated time allocations. The course was listed as an 8‑hour experience, yet it was realistically much shorter because much of the content lacked depth. Several quizzes tested material that had not yet been covered, and some questions had incorrect answer selections, which made it hard to gauge actual understanding. Many of the quizzes were then repeated as prompts that I'm guessing were meant to enhance engagement. Some answers contradicted what the previous text had implicitly stated. The “exercises” were simply links to external references rather than guided practice, and some sections felt unrelated to the course topic. For example, a 30‑minute segment on parenting was included even though it had no connection to the subject matter and wasn’t relevant to learners who are not parents. The narration also consisted mostly of reading the on‑screen text, which didn’t add instructional value. With clearer sequencing, accurate assessments, relevant content, and more meaningful engagement from the instructor, this course could be significantly improved. Just my two cents. I can definitely appreciate the subject matter and so I genuinely would love to see the delivery improved.”

“Many of the lessons are just reviews of previous lessons. Some sections didn't work right, like dragging the slider. This often took you to the previous page. On 3 separate review questions, the correct answer gave a wrong result, and had to go back to the question and answer incorrectly. When it said correct, it gave the correct answer selected the first time, despite having to select the wrong answer. I'm short, this course was aggravating.”

“1. There isn't enough content for an eight hour course. Your person at the help desk suggested reading and re-reading the articles. Even then.... It's sad to just mark time with an open program, just to get in my hours. And I wasn't racing through the experience. In the beginning, I couldn't even navigate to the last quiz until I was logged on for two hours. Really? 2. The lessons are clearly selections from a longer course. Eight lessons, right? But the numbering of the actual lessons doesn't reflect that. By the end, I'm suddenly on Lesson Twelve, and it left me wondering what I had done wrong. 3. In doing some of the quizzes, there are questions in which the wrong answers are designated correct. Check two of the questions in the last lesson and you will find the problem.”
