“1. There isn't enough content for an eight hour course. Your person at the help desk suggested reading and re-reading the articles. Even then.... It's sad to just mark time with an open program, just to get in my hours. And I wasn't racing through the experience. In the beginning, I couldn't even navigate to the last quiz until I was logged on for two hours. Really? 2. The lessons are clearly selections from a longer course. Eight lessons, right? But the numbering of the actual lessons doesn't reflect that. By the end, I'm suddenly on Lesson Twelve, and it left me wondering what I had done wrong. 3. In doing some of the quizzes, there are questions in which the wrong answers are designated correct. Check two of the questions in the last lesson and you will find the problem.”
