“I had an incident where my anger drove my life down the wrong path. I looked up anger management online and this came up. For only 45 dollars I got an 8 hour course that I could do at my own discretion whenever I wanted. I found most if not all of it to be completely helpful especially for an introvert. I took notes on my own notepad so I could physically go thru taking notes to cement what I’ve learned. Amazing course, I do recommend if you need help in this area.”
