“For the most part its good. I did not like doing the first part in the free trial and then purchasing the full thing and not getting my credit from the free trial. I had to redo the 1st part all over again. so i quickly went thru it because it was all fresh in my head. I did not realize that it was actually timed so i got to the end of part 2 and did not have enough time toadvance.”

“This course was helpful while I was taking it. But the real source of my anger and frustration is ever present. I basically need to take this anger management class all day every day for the rest of my life. I’m in a high conflict divorce with an alienating parents who is constantly undermining me and trying to sabotage my career, relationship with my children, established friendships. I literally need constant anger management and daily therapy to successfully get thru what I’m going through right now. I would say this has been 10 percent helpful. It’s not going to fix anything. Basically all I learned was to breath and pause and reflect on why I’m angry. Doesn’t give me any real life action items I can do.”
