“This computer based training program was easy to use and navigate. The topics revealed things about myself and provided ways to manage my feelings in a more positive way towards others. As my defense attorney explained to me, everyone has something to gain by taking an anger management class. It will help you personally and professionally.”

“I originally took this course because I was told to buy my PO. I was expecting this class to just tell me how to control my anger.... not only did it do that, it also showed me flaws in my parenting skills.Also within my relationship. This course is taught me how to be a better parent to all six of my kids aswell as a better husband/partner to my wife.”
