“It was not a boring course. I actually in fact did learn some ways to cope and manage anger. I didn’t feel as if the course was a cringe course to take. I enjoyed learning and even having articles throughout the course to look at.”

“It was court ordered but I did enjoy it and learn some things from taking the course! It being self-guided and available to do on my time was a big plus for me as with family and kids being in school/sports exact appointment times can be hard to manage! The price was affordable and I getting a certificate on top of that was good for my needs.”

“I took this course because after the mother of my child put an order of protection against me, I started reflecting upon myself and I want to be a better person all around and be the best father I can be. At first I didn't think much of this and I would always blame others, but the more I got into this course the more it opened my eyes as to my personal self and it has made me reflect even deeper realizing a lot of times I was the issue, I am thankful for taking this course, I feel I have learned a lot and how to better communicate with others.”
