“আগে আমরা কম্পিউটার ও তথ্য প্রযুক্তির মতো কিছু বিষয়ে কিছু নির্দিষ্ট শব্দের ওপর বিশেষ নোট পেতাম। কিন্তু এখন সেগুলো আর দেখা যাচ্ছে না, আমরা এর বিরোধিতা করছি। আমরা চাই সেই বিশেষ নোটগুলো আবার ফিরে আসুক—বিভিন্ন শব্দ এবং টপিকের ওপর। আমরা এটি ফিরে পেতে আগ্রহী।”

“কোর্স কোয়ালিটি ভালোই ছিল, সাথে সাথে পেয়ে গিয়েছিলাম। কিন্তু শুরুর দিকে সাইট একটু ডাউন ছিল যা পরবর্তীতে টিক হয়ে যায়, বিষয়টা নিয়ে কাস্টমার কেয়ার এ যোগাযোগ করার পর তাড়াতাড়ি সমাধান পাই, সবকিছু মিলিয়ে ভালোই আছে, আমার এক্সপেরিয়েন্স থেকে চার ষ্টার।”
