“I transferred to this practice as my previous dentist closed. Having received poor treatment for many years I was faced with loose teeth, bleeding gums and pain when brushing, not to mention how embarrassed I felt with the look of them. I started having treatment repairing the damage with Gabriella who told me it would take a while to get my gums in a good state for the next stage, and she did just that. I then started the cosmetic treatment with Vinney. It was a daunting thought to have nearly all my crowns removed, an implant and my gums lasered but all I can say as I am writing this review is thank you to Gabriella and Vinney for changing my life. I look in the mirror and smile and feel so happy that I am not in pain anymore but most of all I am not ashamed to speak to people or smile for family photos. I am so happy I became a patient of Cox and Hitchcock, I would recommend anyone needing a dentist to go to them you will not regret it.”
“This company don't care about NHS patients. I have been waiting for 4 years for a referral to have wisdom teeth out. Called in JANUARY for an appointment and was given one in MAY. That one has just been cancelled as the dentist doesn't want to take NHS patients anymore and so now I have to wait until AUGUST. 4 years of puss in my mouth from a recurring tooth infection and I can't even get an appointment without an 8 month wait. Maybe the service there is good if you're rich and pay private? Disgusting service. I have been registered here since I was a child, am now mid 30s and have attended as regularly as possible all my life. I can't believe in Wales in 2023 there is still such a difference between the rich and poor, and this company are supporting it.”
“Root canal was done by Yasmeen and she did a very messy job, since she done the it I can't even eat from the left side.
I had to see few more dentist and must pay more to get it fixed because it actually now it's very painful.
I'm my opening surgery has only few good dentist ( private if you pay) but under NHS they are not experienced.
I'm very enoyed because you can't even go to their page to make a complaint. Not happy at all, will find a better clinic.”
