“I'm giving the business COZEE a 1 due poor communication. Here is my story: I learned a lesson about tariffs last week when I placed my order on line with COZEE. I thought I was ordering from COZYS and purchasing from the same company my daughter had used to gift me a set of pj’s I’ve loved for several years. When I received the first email from UPS telling me I owed $33.56 US dollars before delivery, I realized it was a different company based in Sweden. There was no indication or notification from COZEE when I ordered the pajamas that my purchase would be subject to a tariff. I emailed them requesting they cancel my order and never heard back from them. I paid the tariff of $21.56 once my purchase was in the USA. Paying before delivery helped me avoid a $12 surcharge. So it’s true, tariffs are a tax on Americans. That being said, I love the pajamas! They are very high quality and, although my purchase was more than the $27 dollars COZEE led me to believe, the cost is less than it would have been in the USA for this level of quality.”
